Retained Search
This approach is typically used for senior executive management searches or time critical roles. We work with you to determine the need, the compensation plan and a fee structure that will be paid in increments starting with a portion upon acceptance of the terms working toward the balance upon completion of the project.

Exclusive Contract
This approach states that SearchWorks is your sole recruiter for this assignment. We become your representative in this search and you refer all candidates, agencies and recruiters to us. We perform all of the screening, assessment and follow up with you regardless of the source of the candidates. This approach saves you time and money since you have one recruiter to deal with.
